Jemma is our new research psychologist. Focussing on assessment data and its impact on the recruitment process. When not busy she is useful at designing reports and being creative on the social media side of things.
Chris is technical chief – he is responsible for overseeing all software development and adds a user UX dimension to the MindMill technology platform. He also likes working with clients and partners to successfully implement an automated solution.
Dara is our newest member and is very much at the core of the team. Assisting in the design and development of new services, delving into market research and working alongside potential new clients and existing.
