My role is to offer leadership, vision and encourage the MindMill team to innovate through our Technology & Psychology. Along with company management activities, I am responsible for Sales & Marketing in UK, Ireland and internationally, these include: Key Relationship Management of our JV partner- Silatech, Qatar (Tamheed) and partner management of our channel business.
My main role is to manage the maintenance of MindMill´s current software products as well as drive the research and development of new products. I liaise with the Development and Support Director to help design and develop new functionality to ensure that our assessment tools are the most innovative tools available on the market.
My role in MindMill is to assist in the research and development of MindMill psychometric assessments and actively verify the technical qualities of assessments. I liaise with clients to identify their needs, and use MindMill assessments to provide solutions to these needs that are measurable.
I provide administration support to the team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office. I liaise with the Psychology Department and assist in delivering appropriate services to our clients, including initial engagement of MindMill Assessments to end users. Client account management and credit control also play a key role within my position.
As lead web developer/designer in MindMill, my role is to create & develop effective, user-friendly user interfaces for our web applications, and also deal with client side functionality. It is my responsibility to research new innovations in web technology and design, and implement them into our products to keep them up-to-date both in efficiency & in design.
