MindMill Recruitment Package
MindMill offer a managed service option that makes an organisation’s recruitment or selection process more efficient. By incorporating a MindMill assessment package in your process you reduce the risk of hiring the wrong individual for a specific job role. As part of this process, MindMill can:
- Engage with an organisation to define the specific role and tailor a MindMill assessment package.
- Manage the whole assessment process for an organisation.
- Provide an organisation with advice, reports and recommendations on the best candidate(s) for the role.
The MindMill Recruitment Package will allow an organisation to assess up to 20 candidates in one recruitment instance for £399 + VAT.
Prefer to manage your own assessment process?
Sometimes an organisation may prefer to handle their assessment processes in house. MindMill can cater for these organisations by providing access to their very own MindMill Assessment System for an annual subscription fee. Details of the packages we offer can be found below.
Spark is our starter package; it is aimed at new users and small start-up businesses.
Glow is our mid-level package; aimed at SME’s.
Blaze is the ultimate package; it boasts a fully tailorable system, assessment programmes and reports, built to specific requirements and reflecting company culture, image and logos.
BOLT-ON’s
- Languages- our system is currently available in 6 languages, but we are happy to translate into other languages.
- Reports- we can develop and tailor reports to suit specific industries and organisations.
- Customisation of our assessment system and reports to reflect an organisation’s requirements and branding.
- Ad-hoc training available at request and test packages available online.
