Identifying Skills Gaps Using MindMill Assessments

After reading this article in Personnel today, it is clear to me to see how psychometric testing can help employers to overcome the skills gaps in their organisations in order to help business efforts to capitalise on economic recovery.

This article describes how inadequate staff skills are the greatest threat to economic recovery and ‘failure to deliver necessary training for recovery’ is hampering the success of organisations.

In response to these issues, I feel MindMill psychometric assessments are powerful in overcoming these problems. By assessing employees on a range of tailored MindMill assessments, MindMill can identify what skills employees are missing or lacking, which in turn identifies what training is needed.

Psychometrics are the way forward to identifying the skills gaps, providing measurable data which eliminates subjectivity and produces quantifiable results and will ultimately lead to the success of organisations.
