gem begin using MindMill Assessments

Following a successful pilot study with MindMill, gem contact centres in Belfast have begun using MindMill online profiling assessments to transform HR activities.
Gem is one of Europe’s largest leading independent providers of outsourced multi lingual, multi channel customer contact solutions, that provide a range of channels including multi-lingual services, technical support, customer support to name a few.
MindMill assessments will be used throughout gem to enhance and improve upon their consistent high standards in HR. With help from MindMill, gem aim to create an innovative approach to recruitment, training, predicting attrition and succession planning, giving the staff at gem informed and objective information to aid with decision making processes.
