Since integrating MindMill’s Censeo Assessment System into our recruitment process in November 2008, Equiniti ICS has noticed a major reduction in staff turnover and time allocated to continuously training new staff as well as significant upturn in productivity. We initially used the system for recruiting payroll administrators as we had experienced high staff turnover in this department. After working with MindMill consultants to tailor the assessments we were able to source candidates with the right skills, that fitted the company culture and ethos. By setting the bar high I was able to reduce the size of the applicant list, which made the recruitment process less time consuming for the HR department.
Since then we have used Censeo for a high level Management recruitment drive and found it to be extremely effective. Based on the success we have had in the past year we are now rolling Censeo out companywide to screen for all recruitment drives including consultants and software engineers.
